How do I get started?

Generally, an initial phone consultation to better understand the present state of affairs to determine if together we can create solutions. Our initial call usually leads to a follow-up consultation to discuss in greater detail your individual needs or concerns for a friend or family member.   We realize that often it can be challenging to objectively assess a personal situation and formalize a plan of care.  Our goal is to seamlessly address your loved ones acute issues, respectfully and with complete confidentiality. As for the caregivers, we will support family, loved ones and those involved to ensure feelings are recognized and addressed.

What should I expect?

We will walk you through this process while understanding your challenges and personal the strategy to meet your overall needs. Next, we will gather pertinent information obtained during our initial consultation to offer a viable short term solution and long term recommendations. Once I gain insight into the medical, social, financial and legal concerns we can then begin problem solving and creating a plan of care.
